Our mission is to bring in Copenhagen Italian food made with local produce, starting from delicious fresh pasta, to great BBQ dishes and changing evoo's menu according to season and availability of produce.

I think that sourcing local ingredients, focusing on traditional italian food with a twist of Danish and International cuisine is key for a successful business. This can be done while keeping an eye on sustainability, quality and having an environemental friendly approach.

Currently located in Kødbyen, where, thanks to Kitchen Collective, I can develop a take-away model.
